Data Stored on Your Device
- The pearls you keep in your jar and your sound settings are saved only on your device.
- This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes it.
Device Sensors
The app reads the hinge angle and motion sensors of your device to open the shell, guide your breathing and move the pearls in the jar. This happens on your device only and is not recorded or shared.
Data Usage
We do not sell or share any data. Everything the app stores is used solely to provide the app's features on your device.
Children’s Privacy
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Pearl Shell is a calm, just-for-fun app. Open and close your phone to find pearls, read short messages, keep pearls in a glass jar, and breathe along with the hinge. Use it responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
3. Not Medical Advice
Breathe mode and the messages in the app are for relaxation and enjoyment only. They are not medical, health or therapeutic advice.
4. Your Data
All app data stays on your device. We are not responsible for data lost when the app is deleted or the device is reset.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pearl Shell is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Modifications
We may modify the app or these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
